The Historic Center of San Salvador was the scene of the delivery of the Gastronomic Solidarity Badge, an initiative articulated together with CESAL and strategic allies, which recognized companies in the sector for their commitment to sustainability, socio-labor inclusion and the promotion of safe work environments.

This distinction promotes the consolidation of workplaces free of harassment and violence, promoting dignified and inclusive employment within the gastronomic sector, especially for young people who find in the Historic Center a platform for growth and professional development.

It also promotes responsible environmental practices and the reduction of environmental impact, strengthening the positioning of the Historic Center as a benchmark for sustainable gastronomic tourism.
