Cha Cha Chá
Cha Cha Chá is a Cuban restaurant located in the emblematic París Volcán building, in the Historic Center of San Salvador. With its Caribbean cuisine, restored neoclassical architecture and vibrant cultural atmosphere, it offers a corner with authentic Cuban flavor in the Salvadoran capital.

History
The restaurant operates inside the París Volcán building, a historic construction erected in 1921 by engineer Daniel Domínguez. This building, originally a luxury warehouse, has been restored with minimal interventions to preserve its architectural value: it retains its central floor of varnished wood, black and white geometric tiles and a skylight on the roof. The conversion project has revived this heritage space as a Cuban restaurant that combines history, culture and gastronomy.

Events
At Cha Cha Chá, visitors can enjoy iconic Cuban cocktails such as mojitos, Cuba Libre and Bucanero beer, along with pork-based dishes that evoke the Caribbean flavor. In addition, the restaurant has programmed cultural activities such as dance nights with live music of Caribbean rhythms, which reinforces its proposal as a space for leisure and gastronomy. The intervention of the building respected its historical design, making few modifications to maintain its architectural originality.
