GENERAL INFORMATION:

a) This application refers to providing technical advisory services for preliminary procedures and construction permits and licenses related to the project, land, or property, and your response will not authorize the execution of work or the commissioning of the property.

b) Any individual may apply by submitting this form digitally. Any questions about this procedure can be sent to our email address: ventanillaunica@centrohistorico.gob.sv

c) Consulting costs: Preliminary procedures consulting: $165.31 base rate for up to 200 m2 of land. Construction permits and project acceptance consulting: $330.63 base rate for up to 200 m2 of land or construction, as applicable. d) Once the Technical Advisory service has been paid for, it will be scheduled on Wednesdays or Thursdays during business hours as agreed with the assigned technician. The service does not constitute the submission of the file to this Office.

e) The scope of the technical consultation is for the preliminary review of the file before its submission, technical support in interpreting the application of the law, and additional procedures through a single window. The consultation does not apply to filling out forms, drawing up plans, descriptive reports, or other matters.

f) The cost of the inspection visit, according to the current rate schedule, is $207.
