GENERAL INFORMATION:

a) This application refers to providing information advisory services regarding preliminary procedures, building permits, licenses, and other permits and applications related to the project, land, or property. This does not authorize the execution of work or the commissioning of the property in any case.

b) Any individual may request this service by submitting this form digitally. Any questions about this procedure can be sent to our email address: ventanillaunica@centrohistorico.gob.sv

c) Information advisory costs: Free for a maximum of 15 minutes.

d) Once the informational consultation form has been completed, an appointment will be scheduled on business days according to the calendar during business hours. This service does not constitute the submission of the file to this Office.

e) The scope of the consultation is informative and provides general guidance on the procedures available from the San Salvador Historic Center Authority for the preliminary review of the idea or project, general support in the different types of procedures enabled by the APLAN law, and additional procedures through a single window. The informative advice does not apply to filling out forms, drawing up plans, descriptive reports, or other documents.

f) The Authority reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or put on hold the agreed appointment, after notifying the user, for reasons of force majeure.
