Reception of works

Final procedure that verifies the construction process carried out. It allows to request the resolution of total or partial reception before the Authority.

Construction permits

Applies to construction, remodeling, rehabilitation, restoration or minor works within the regulated area.

First mandatory step for your project or business to be legally integrated into the Historic Center of San Salvador.
